Covid-19 Update

Delays - Covid-19 | Brexit

There are still on-going delays and complications due to Covid-19 and Brexit. When you checkout, your order will be in the queue to be picked and packaged, and you will receive an email update once this has been shipped with our courier. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis and where there are peak busy spells you may experience a slight delay in getting your order processed. (delay times will vary and as a rule of thumb next day delivery cannot be expected at this time)


Please be advised that there are still on-going delays with many product ranges and certain items may not be in stock at the time of your order. Where this is the case, we will make contact to update you with the status of your order. It is not guaranteed you will be contacted on the day of your order as this again is depending on peak busy spells and customers will be contacted on a first come first served basis.

Our website is not live-stock, and therefore products available online do not mean that that the items are in stock.


Phone Orders

At this time, online orders through our website will be prioritized over phone in orders due to the time involved to process phone orders. Orders placed via phone may not be processed for a number of days after your phone call.
